This keybox has no marks on it that would indicate that it has been used. It is of course much better than hiding a key under a rock. If you are not a real estate professional, just use your imagination for how you could use this and what you could put in it. It is certainly big enough for a big engagement ring! The combination is marked in the instruction sheet. It also tells you how to change the combination. It is now set at 1-4-6-9. Don't loose those numbers. The instructions tell you how to change the combination.
If you are a realtor then you know more than I know about the value of this box. I know you could always use another one.
