for Blister and Clamshell sealing?
The Sealamatic was known for its slower power rise, we have made proprietary modifications to the machine to slow the power rise even more. Why did we do this? Well when you seal clamshells and blisters most sealing times are 3 to 5 seconds. Speed is not whats important. Not burning your dies is whats important. Most die burns happen in the first 500 milliseconds of your seal cycle. If you start your seal at full power you run a much higher risk of damaging your tooling if a burn takes place. We have designed the power circuit so when the power starts you are only using 25% of the power. If you do have a problem the resulting burn is drastically reduced.
