Research Devices Inspection Microscope controlled by a 3-axis Micromanipulator (Parker Linear Stages) with extra long working distance (ELWD) Nikon and Research Devices objectives and dual-mode light source with 2 light inputs. The unit is on an adjustable sturdy mount. I beleive it is a wafer aligning microscope used for semiconductor manufacturing.
Condition: Used, in great condition. All mechanical motions are smooth, the optics are in great condition (see our low-risk return policy)
