It has two pointed anvils to go to the bottom of the threads.
It seems to work freely as it should, but it will need to be adjusted or set, as the
numbers on the micrometer spindle do not line up properly. This micrometer does
have a box, but the box is labeled L. S. Starrett Co.
The item being offered is from the estate of a machinist who retired 40 years ago. I am selling these items for a friend.
