1/4" mandrel allows buffing wheel to be used with any hand held drill.
This allows you to attach a buffing wheel to your hand held drill. Typically the buffing wheels do not come with an arbor and can only be used on a grinder which has the arbor built in. This devise simply allows you to use it on your hand drill.
