The pictures show the actual item as you will receive it. This item has been tested as indicated in the photos. It powers up and the meter responds to ambient room light on each of the nm settings. This piece of equipment appears clean and is in good condition. We are unable to test this unit further. There are no fiber adaptors or a manual. The unit operates on 4 each AA batteries, they are fresh and included.
