This isfor 1 NEW Edco brand PHC-043 Surge suppressor and base. Used for Bell, horn, signal, or speaker lines. maximum operation current is 5 amp.
PHC series is designed to protect 2 pairs of wires for alarm and security systems. it plugs into a base (included) PCB1B and can be mounted on any flat surface. the PHC card edge module is gold plated, double sided and mates with PCB1B . When snapped together the data circuits pass thru the protector in a seriel fashion.
