Vertically mounted twin spindle CNC Rotary table set, manufactured from Nikken parts to mount on a horizontal machining centre to maximise the requirements for machining parts where component rotation is required.
Using the Nikken twin spindle set (CNC-100 2W) we have created a vertical 400mm square WDS type pallet mounted system which can be interfaced directly to any machine control (motor extra at cost) or supplied with kitagawa Mac Mini iH control unit with RS232 option included (extra) so the table can be programmed / positioned directly from the control RS232 output port to specific position without the need for additional axis interface.
This is a fantastic opportunity for owners of palletised machines such as Matsuura, Mori Seiki, Mazak or others to have a superb additonal axis with twin spindle operation at a very low fitted cost.
The tables will index or position at 50rpm to +/- 20 seconds of arc, repeating to 8 seconds. The units can be fitted with specialised chucking to the 40ISO spindle arrangement.
Installation, set up and training are available with this product and even better still, we have two available, one for each of the twin pallet machine (where applicable) The units atre available individually, are priced seperately but can be sold as a matched pair if required.

Each table weighs around 150kg, this listing is for one only, motors and controllers are extra at cost if required. Warranty is 12 months parts and labour.
