The TSS was used to produce theremin-like warbling sounds of the type common to those old horror, outer-space, other science fiction, and mystery flicks. Weird and wacky, yet groovy. Sound volume, pitches, tempo, repetition rate were all programmable to some extent. Came with both external input and output control ports. Was programmable to produce sounds used for hypnosis, meditation, and sleep-induction. The TSS's external input control port could be used in conjunction with a lighting or other output control port to synchronize the TSS's sound output with the lighting or other output. Or the TSS's external output control port could be used in conjunction with a lighting or other input control port to synchronize it with the TSS's sound output. Very fascinating and versatile device.
