Forklift steering tiller cam mechanism

I believe this is a steering/tiller mechanism or junction point for a forklift. I got this in a box of forklift parts yrs ago with no make or model markings on it. All I have is some writing that states NEW 5/18/93. There is a stamped part # 4806793. The overall dimensions are 11 1/2" wide one way by 9" wide the other. It is 1 1/8" thick. There are three pivot balls welded onto it. One is 1 1/16" and the other two are 15/16". I imagine this is where the steering linkages will hook up to. There is the spindle mount also welded to the plate which is 4 1/4" tall by 1 7/8" thick. There are two bearing surfaces that are 1 1/2" diameter on the spindle and the threads are about 12 per 3/4". I believe the spindle gets mounted just like a king pin assembly and lock nutted in place. I dont know much about this only what I can decifer from looking at it and trying to picture this in action. If anyone has more or different info I will gladly add it to description.
