This is a portable electromagnetic induction heating device. It is especially designed for sealing bottles with aluminium foils in medical, chemical, agricultural, food, cosmetics and other light industries. Aluminium foil sealing can prevent leakage, keep out of moisture and improve the quality of your products.
This device can be divided into two parts: control box and induction head. The micro-controlled oscillator creates 100kHz high frequency current. After shaping and magnifying, this current then outputs to power module which drives the induction head. When the bottle with aluminium foil inside is placed near the induction head, eddy current is created on the foil. The eddy current heats up the foil and creates sealing effect. The degree of heat is determined by the magnitude of the eddy current and the length of time. This device has an automatic frequency stabilizer circuit, operation time and operation status indicator functions.
