These are Echo Supply Silicon Caps, quantity of 25, model 49-0000125-00500, that are used in powder coating.
These caps are used to mask plain and threaded holes and studs, for powder coating, E-coating, plating, anodizing, and spray painting. They will mask off the hole or stud and leave a grounding or earthing area around it.
The cap is applied by being pushed over the stud and by being pulled off. It can be used as a plug by being inserted into threaded or plain holes. The cap will leave a grounding or earthing area around the stud or hole. It will withstand temperatures up to 375 degrees F (190 C).
Temperature limit: 375°F / 190°C
Size: ID-0.125" x OD-0.250" x L-0.500" (Refer to chart at right).
