The CM8820 COATING THICKNESS METER is using the magnetism and backset measuring thickness method. It is designed for measuring the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers on magnetic substrate. It is a necessary measure instrument to control and guarantee the product quality.

Can measure the thickness of non-magnetic/nonconductive coating layers on magnetic substrate, such as: (aluminum, copper, chrome, lead, tin, zinc, cadmium, porcelain enamel, rubber, plastic, paint, synthetic material, varnish, anodic-oxide layer) on magnetic substrate(steel, iron, alloy and magnetic stainless steel). Often used to measure the thickness of galvanizing layer, lacquer layer, porcelain enamel layer, phosphide layer, copper tile, aluminum tile, some alloy tile, paper etc. Can be widely applied to manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, laboratory and merchandise inspection fields, etc…
