Up for your consideration is this vintage Velte amp meter or voltage meter - I'm not really sure which one.
This 2"-diameter meter is manufactured by Gray & Davis as indicated at the bottom of the face and at the top it has the word amperes.
The numbers on the meter read from left to right 15, 10, 5, 0, 5, 10, 15.
The word Discharge it at the extreme left on the meter and the word Charge is at the extreme right.
