This Lepel unit was made in 1993. The induction brazing unit was sent back to the factory for repair in 2005. When the unit was out being repaired the manufacturing process was replaced and the unit was not used again. When this was used on the production line it worked fast and heated two parts at a time for silver brazing.
I connected up the chiller and power unit to run test. Initially I was getting the generator fault light and the unit was not heating. I came back about an hour later and the unit made about 15 good runs on manual and automatic operation. Then I tried it again at the end of the day and got the generator fault light again. The generator unit will probably need to be repaired.
