TRANE #RTAA155. 155 Ton Air Cooled rotary chiller, 460V/3 phase, in good mechanical condition. Currently in use on a midrise office building in the Tampa Bay area, Florida, scheduled for replacement March 2008.
The unit was commissioned in 1997, and has had a maintenance contract since that time. It has twin rotary compressors and is equiped with electronics to allow either local or remote operation. On site inspection by appointment.
