Full automatic Polishing / Sanding / Cleaning System for Furniture Components
The HBS 2000 is a automatic or semi-automatic polishing, sanding or cleaning machine for furniture components of the Gottschild-System . This cleaning system is intended for companies with a production capacity of 1200 parts per day.
The specially designed rotating disk brush cleaning system removes the glue overspray from the backs of furniture components, achieving an optimum texture of foil edges at the same time.
These results are made possible by the pneumatically controlled pressure the disk brushes apply as they clean the backs of the components.
This machine with polishing and sanding heads, automated the time-consuming manual sanding and polishing of high gloss panels.

Vollautomatisches Polier / Schleif / Bürstensytem für Möbelfronten
Die HBS 2000 ist eine halb oder vollautomaische Maschine zum Polieren, Schleifen oder Bürsten von Möbelfronten. Das Bürstensystem ist als Einstiegsmodell für Betriebe mit einer kleinen Produktion von bis zu 1200 Teile / Tag geeignet.Das bewährte Teller-Rotations-Bürsten-System entfernt den Leim-Overspray auf den Rückseiten der Möbelfronten und erzielt dabei eine optimale Kantenbeschaffenheit. Dieses Ergebnis wird dadurch erzielt, dass die Tellerbürste pneumatisch andruckgesteuert aufsetzt und die Rückseiten der Fronten reinigt.
Die Maschine mit Schleif oder Bürstenkopf automatisiert das zeitaufwendige Schleifen oder Polieren von Hochglanz Möbelfronten erheblich.
