Similar to the SP2DEV board this FPGA development board is based on the newer Xilinx Spartan 3E series of FPGA. The Spartan 3E series of FPGA is a very low cost, high-performance logic solution for high-volume, consumer-oriented applications. Features Include:

Siimilar to the SP2DEV board, this board provides a basic development platform for the Spartan 3E device with all IO available to the user. The device may be programmed in-circuit through the USB/JTAG port from the PC. Onboard features include:

* One port general purpose Serial/Parallel FPGA IO
* Built-in Xilinx Parallel Cable III JTAG Interface
* Diagnostics header for internal signals
The board is provided with example software, drivers and a USB/JTAG configuration utility with GPL source code.
