AT91SAM7S series microcontroller is ATMEL launched ARM7 microcontroller core, a total of AT91SAM7S32/64/128/256 four models. Internal respectively 32 K/64K/128K/256K of FLASH ROM and 8 K/16K/32K/64K of RAM. In addition AT91SAM7S32, the other controllers are integrated USB2.0 Device and another 10 AD, the 12-DMA, IIC, SPI, PWM, and many other functions.
