Can you chuck a piece of metal in a lathe and machine it to a given demension?
Can you paint bluing on metal and mark a distance with a scale and centerpunch a point, then drill a hole at that point?
If you can do these things you can make every part for these engines.
Now all you have to do is put those parts all together and you've made another engine!

There are no machining set up instructions with the plans but you get all the fully dimensioned working drawings plus a color plate for each engine project.
Isometric assembly drawings are included where needed.
If you've made anything on a lathe before these simple projects will be duck soup.
You do know how to run a lathe - don't you?
The plans are very detailed - every dimension is given and all materials are called out.
If you know a little about how to cut metal on a metal lathe you should have no trouble making any of Rudy's miniature engines included here.
