This is a true hardstart in that it combines a hard start capacitor with a start relay. It increases starting torque up to 650% . It will work with systems from 4,000 through 120,000 BTU's, 1/2 through 10 HP. Comes prewired with piggy-back terminals. Works with commercial and residential permanent split capacitor (PSC), single phase air conditioning and heat pump systems. Will also work with PSC room air conditioners. Designed for 120V through 288V systems.
