This is a really neat Simpson Midgetester complete with leather case and original leads. As nearly as I can tell, it dates from the mid 1950's. I put a new battery in and it seems to work correctly. Cosmetically, its in pretty nice condition for its age. The only negative I see is that the insulation on the leads is starting to get hard and flake off.
