I have yet to locate the detailed specs, but this IC used to be really popular among hobbysts and electronic industry in Russia for years. Two identical opamps are packaged into one DIP 14 body, see diagram above.
You'll feed the IC with +/- 3V to 18V, the amplification is around 80dB on frequencies up to 1MHz, input impedance 0.5MOhm.
