You're looking at a used Superior 450A vintage tube tester.
Can test many tubes including the 2A3, 45, 80, 807, 12AH7, 12AT7, 12AU7, 12BH7, 5U4, 5R4, 5V4, 5Y3, 6SL7, 6SN7, 6L6, 6V6, 83, 866A, and many other tubes.
Tested and works perfectly fine. Condition is very good with some minor wear from normal use. Original user manual and tube list is included. Please refer to pictures.
