This is an older level in good useable condition. The black wrinkle finish is in very good condition but the nickle plating on the vial tubes is worn a little thin. Vial is in good condition and the graduations are sharp and legible. There are two tapped holes in bottom of base as can be seen in picture. It may have been permanently mounted on a machine at one time. bottom of base has some fine pits but shows very little wear.
