4 cm X 4cm, 4 mm thick.8.5 amp. Max wattage is 127.5, They operate from 0 to 15 volts, from -40 to 85 degrees. One side gets hot the other side gets cold, reverse the polarity and the opposite happens. If you use a heat sink, it can freeze.
* cool a cooler (this TE is 5 to 10 times more powerful than the TE's in the regular coolers)
* also they can do a great job cooling your microprocessor
* play with them, there are many uses
The part has been used [proven] for less than a year but has at least 19 years left, TECs are guarantied to work like new. They will have some residual thermal grease still on them.
