The 1433-U is a four decade box with 0.01 ohm steps, 0.1 ohm steps 1.0 ohm steps and 10 ohm steps. It's guaranteed to be within GR specifications. Zero resistance is less than 0.01 ohm. Minor dings and scratches here and there, but nothing that affects operation. All switches work smoothly with good "feel." Internally this item looks good with no burned resistors (no sign of overvoltage applied).
