Accu-Sort AccuVision AV3800 Camera-based Barcode Reader:
The AccuVision® (AV) 3800 CCD is a camera-based bar code reader that provides in excess of 15,000 scans per second, ensuring the highest possible read rate even if bar code labels are dirty or damaged. The unit measures just 12" x 10.5" x 6.5", and has a lens size of 85mm.
Accu-Sort AccuVision APC100 Decoder:
We powered the decoder up, and "Matrix Orbital LK162-12" was displayed on the LCD. The "M" is distorted on the display. The APC100 is housed with a desktop motherboard equipped with a PIII 1GHz/133MHz processor, 256KB of cache RAM, 256MB/PC133 memory, a WD200/20GB hard drive, floppy drive and CD-ROM drive. The board initialized and went through its POST. We were able to access the BIOS and confirm the processor, memory and hard drive specifications. No further testing was done.
AccuSort 5800 FLEX Control Module:
The AV4000 104927-2 (Rev 1) brings the camera, illumination and decoder together in one package. Installation is simple because the camera and illumination are firmly and permanently aligned. All field replaceable components can be removed and replaced without realignment - decreasing downtime during maintenance and repair. Equipped With: AV4000-24S, 24VDC Power Supply
