Each sale is for one 3000-piece 7" factory reel of Philips NCP304LSQ09T1 voltage detector in tiny SC82AB surface-mount package. These are designed primarily as a reset circuit, but the datasheet illustrates several other applications. The 0.9V trip point probably won't be that useful for most people. However, you should be able to scale/bias the input with 1 or 2 external resistors. 2003 date code.
