This PLASTEEL monofilament is 4.3mm in dia & 800 meters long. It has a breaking strength of 812kg & is UV protected. Elongation of about 3% can be achieved by using strainers. The name PLASTEEL comes from the fact that whilst made from a monofilament it is as strong as steel. Only available in black colour.
Some of the advantages PLASTEEL has over steel wiring are as follows:-
