This manual provides information necessary to maintain FANUC Servo amplifier alpha series products, such as a power supply module, servo amplifier module, and spindle amplifier module.
Part I describes Start-Up Procedure - including overview, configurations, start-up procedure, confirmation of the operation,and periodic maintenance of servo amplifier.
Part II describes Troubleshooting - including overview, alarm numbers and brief descriptions, troubleshooting and action, and how to replace the fuses and printed circuit boards.
Part III describes Motor Maintenance - AC servo motor maintenance and spindle motor maintenance.
This manual is approximately 1/2" thick.
