These are three (3) used, but in-the-box, clear white General Electric VASI - Visual Approach Slope Indicator lights, Cat. No. C911G006, GE Lamp Assembly P/N 35-130188-01.
VASI lights are the red and white lights that you see at the ends of each runway as an aircraft is on final approach. To give you an idea of VASI light brilliance, the lights can be seen more than five miles from the airport, and by viewing a white over red light, the pilot knows the plane is on the proper glideslope and the plane is guided to the ground (we do not have the red lenses).
The lamps are 8" in diameter and rated at 6.6 Amps at 300 Watts. The lamps are hinge mounted (for focusing) to the frame. The light frame assembly is easily mounted via two "key hole" type mounting holes. A two conductor automobile headlight type electrical plug connects the power.
A light assembly can operate on up to 45 volts or three (3) may be connected in series to operate on 115 volts or six (6) in series on 220 volts. You may "also" use the light assemblies as general lighting or floodlights for your business, home, warehouse, driveway, landscaping, amusement rides, ski slope,
The light assembly (which includes the mounting frame) measures 12" wide x 10" high x 4-1/2" deep and weighs 5.2 lbs.
However, there are four (4) sets of "3 Light Assemblies" available.
