DIGITALLY STORED AUDIO MODULE STORES UP TO 120 SECONDS OF COMBINED PRE AND POST ALARM SOUNDS AIDING FALSE ALARM REDUCTION! The EAGLE Model 1450 Digitally Stored Audio Module is a solid state recording device that records sound 24 hours a day. A continuous loop (First In, First Out) of 60 seconds of sound is recorded and available upon alarm activation through any S.A.V.E.Ô ready two way voice module. When the recorder is stopped by an alarm activation the recording can be played back by a central station operator. When interrogated, what is heard is what occurred 60 seconds before the recorder was stopped. This may provide valuable information concerning what caused the alarm condition. Example: Glass breaking or a door being forced open. The 1450 takes this concept one step further by recording for a period of time (7.5 seconds) after the activation of an alarm. This can also be useful in verifying the alarm. Example: Intruder(s) talking or running sounds. Of course if the owner caused the alarm, you will hear that also. The 1450 receives its input from any S.A.V.E.Ô ready two way voice module. At any given time there is 60 seconds of stored audio. The recorder is stopped 7.5 seconds after alarm activation. The central station operator can play back the sounds which occurred 60 seconds prior to the alarm activation. The 1450 provides many voice prompts guiding the central station operator through various conditions and updates that arise during the two way session. The central station operator is even notified if a subsequent alarm condition occurs!
