FLEX™ AND CURRENT PAGING FORMATS If you are using a service monitor rather than a paging specific test set, you'll need a paging encoder. Designed for sending test messages to pagers, the Ramsey "Quick- Page" is compatible with FLEX™, POCSAG, Golay, 5/6 tones, and 2-tone pager formats. Selection of format and transmission speed is accomplished with a single keystroke. The bright blue alphanumeric display is large enough to continuously show all operating parameters in a single view: pager format, capcode, and message. The "Quick-Page" has 7 preprogrammed messages, including numeric strings, tone only, and preamble, as well as 3 user programmable messages. All messages are stored in rapid select, non-volatile memory, maintained even when the power is turned off. For added speed in high volume testing, the "Quick-Page" PE-6400 allows "on-the-fly" editing of capcodes. If your monitor doesn’t not have a modulation input control, add the RLC-1 remote level control. It enables you to set the modulation level to the pager for proper testing.

This device has not been used in a few years but it is functional. It came from someone that used to do radio repair and has been sitting around since he passed away. I do not have any manuals for this equipment but I did call Ramsey Electronics and they told me these are still available. The item includes what you see in the picture I don't know anything else about this unit.
