Simple adapter to interface AVR JTAG connector (10-pin) to a breadboard while prototyping. The adapter comes in a kit format with all the components included. The adapter features a standard 0.1" or 2.54mm spacing header for direct interface with breadboards and prototyping boards.
Avoid the hard hand-wiring of a JTAG connector to your AVR prototyping project by using this simple adapter with all the JTAG signals available in an easy to use header. The signal names are printed on the PCB.
This adapter, by default, does not use pin 7 (VSupply) to supply voltage to an external JTAG ICE debugger. If you need, you can solder a wire between pin 4 and pin 7 to supply voltage to an external JTAG ICE debugger.
