This pneumatically operated reciprocating profiler gives you fingertip control for intricate finishing and polishing work. Its pistol grip may be removed to facilitate polishing hard to reach areas. The on/ off, stroke and speed controls are conveniently located on the profiler body. Both the stroke and speed can be adjusted while the Contour King is running; the speed is variable from 0 to 208 strokes per second (12,500 spm) and the length of stroke is adjustable from .030 to .375 inches. The chuck swivels 360' or can be locked in different positions. The interchangeable collets make tool change quick and easy. The chuck accepts 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 3mm or 6mm collets to accommodate a wide variety of finishing and polishing tools with different shank sizes.
