Extremely rare, vintage Fairchild 1103A-1 PMOS DRAM, 1 kilobit capacity, white ceramic with gold cavity lid and leads, 1976 date code, new old stock. The 1103 is Intel's first commercially successful DRAM, and the chip that launched Intel's rise to fame. This is a Fairchild second-source chip, which is substantially rarer than the Intel variation. If you Intel guys are looking for something to add to your collection which will effectively illustrate Intel's monolithic dominance of the semiconductor industry, nothing will show that better than a government-mandated Fairchild clone of the 1103.
