This is a size 46" Safariland Duty Belt Model 87"
This Safariland model 87 is standard Safari-Laminate duty belt with a suede lining. The double tongued buckle and center belt stud fasten it firmly around the waist. A free-sliding keeper holds the belt tip in place.
