This devise tests several functions of the Time Delay Caps for Underwater Beacons.
* Power: Direct plug in transformer provides 12 VDC @ 1.2A from standard 120 VAC 60Hz outlet.
* Case Seal; O-ring gasketed
* Pressure Purge: Valve allows for pressure equalization
* Measure operating current of single and multiple sequence time delay cap during delaying function.
* Measure internal oscillation of time delay cap.
* Count clock cycles necessary to cause time delay cap to actuate pinger.
* Measure ability of time delay cap to conduct sufficient supply of current to operate pinger after time-out.
* Measure ability of time delay cap to conduct current necessary to operate pinger between pulses.
