Videojet Excel 170i UHS Ink Return Block - SP374592
Compatible to Videojet Excel 170i UHS
This is the first version of Ink Return block developed with metallic composites, I am not sure wich metal is it. Maybe Titanium, maybe other resistant to corrosive process. Seems to be manufactured with Photo-etch technology or any other micro-mechanic process. Just like Tech-Etch does... This Ink Return Block last 6 to 8 times longer than the translucent plastic version. I guess that they gave up of this metallic ink return block because the costumers was not replacing it. Works great for a minimum of 2 years. Not few months like the translucent. Even if you are a looking for a sample to develop it, would be great!
Quality product, not disposable product.
Excellent for UV Curing inks, Microsphere Ink or any other very agressive fluids, where the plastic version don't last longer than few months.
I´ve been working with Videojet printers from 1993 until 2005.
This item is brand new, never been used.
