Here is a nearly new Plastic Strapping Cart with some 5/8" Plastic Strapping, Tensioner, Crimper and Clips. The Crimper is nearly new, but the Tensioner shows wear on tensioner wheel. There is several hundred clips with this package. Everything to get started banding or strapping your pallets or whatever.
