I have a Whitney fabrication tool. My best guess is a dove tail cutter. Seen in the photo I cut some paper to show pattern. Cut across the bottom is 2" wide and from tip to bottom is 1" deep. Spring loaded cutters, with removable cutting die. Questions welcome. 208sw3.
