This rotor has an outside diameter of 12" on the spindle side. The front side has a 11 3/4" Diameter. It is 8 3/4" deep. According to our research, this rotor is used with a Verteq 1600-50B system. It may work with other SRD systems. It is marked A192-81M-0215, which according to our research is the model number of an Entegris Traditional Wafer Carrier. It is also marked 2000 RPM Max, H-Bar in, Bal half full. It is offered as pictured. Hope someone can use it.
