SlurryChek is a total solution package for monitoring silica, alumina and cerium CMP slurries. The SlurryChek detects changes in slurry particle size distribution (PSD) and increases in the number of large diameter particles responsible for wafer scratching. The SlurryChek uses multiple spectrometers to calculate PSD for many slurry types. It is designed to be used for online trouble shooting or offline batch sampling. Particle data outputs include mean particle size, particles greater that a certain threshold, particle index values and individual PSD for 39 channels.
