The HP 54701A 2.5GHz, 10:1 active probe provides ultra low loading of the device under test because of it's low 0.6pF capacitive loading and it's high 100 KOhm resistive loading. It's 40 Vac maximum input voltage, +/-15KV ESD tolerance and replaceable probe tips make the probe extremely reliable.
