Brand NEW 6J9P-E (6Ж9П-Е) Russian tube, full equivalent to: E180F , 6688 , CV3998 , 5A/170K. The tubes in this lot are all NEW and TESTED. All tubes are guaranteed to be in excellent working condition. This 6J9P-E is a special quality tube - it is an improved version of the 6J9P tube. The 6J9P-E has longer work life, guaranteed for at least 5000 hours. 6J9P ( = E180F ) is a high slope RF pentode primarily intended for use in wideband amplifiers in telephone carrier systems, radar equipment and measuring equipment. It can be seen that in this miniature envelope is an even smaller valve, this very small size helps to reduce inter electrode capacitances and thereby raises the maximum usable frequency that the device can operate at. These valves would be used for the front end amplification stage of high quality receivers up to the UHF region of the spectrum.
