Offered is an antique rare old cast iron pipe vise with steel jaws that will handle pipe up to about 2 1/2". This old vise is a rare find for sure, it is great condition and fully functional missing only one 3/8" bolt and nut or pin that can easily be replaced. This vise has 3 mounting holes to firmly secure it to a bench or table. This is perfect for any shop, house, business or office, or to keep just as an antique to place about anywhere as a piece to draw conversation... and it will. I could not find any manufacturer marking on it anywhere and I'd hazard a guess that it dates back to about the early 1900s. Probably, I'm foolish for letting it go, but I just can't keep everything I find or I won't have room to move. This old vise is a RARE FIND from the Foothills of Hendersonville, NC.
