The TV is 75 pouds, and it moves easily on the cart. It could be taken away on HBLR or other mass transit that handles wheel chairs (I advise against buses).
This TV is in my apartment near the HBLR Berginline Station, 49th and Berginline, Union City, (***)-984-5569 or triggs@dontscrapit.com.
I can make arrangements for you to see the cart and TV, but I will not unwrap it. However, I will allow you to return it. An explanation for returning the TV is not expected.
The dolly is used. I bought it new, and used it once to move the TV.
