beyond what is stated or pictured in the listing.
We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm If you win anything or have any questions outside of these hours you get a response at the next available time.
What is Resource 1's return policy?
Resource 1 guarantees all products to be operational and free from manufacturers defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in good condition, and must include all original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Without exception, all items returned to Resource 1 must have prior authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
* Unwanted Items: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have an RMA#. Merchandise must be in unused condition.
