This is a brand new ratcheting T-handle tap wrench with tap capacity from 3/16" to 1/2".
The chrome plated steel wrench has a 3-position switch to select forward ratchet, lock, or reverse ratchet. The T-handle can be moved from side to side in the wrench body, and is retained at each end by a ball detent that engages a groove machined into the handle. There is no substitute for this tool if you have to tap a hole close to an inside corner, or in many other tight spots. I have one in my tool box and use it all the time.
